These general terms and conditions of use apply exclusively to the sites TVJC.tv, TVJC.radio.fm and TVJC.live. When the mention “TVJC sites” appears in this document, it refers to the three above-mentioned sites.
When the mention “the user” appears in this document, reference is made to any person accessing the TVJC sites, regardless of their quality, their connection to the sites, the purpose and goal of their access.
Destination and conditions of use of the sites
The TVJC sites are covered by, are designed for and reserved exclusively for natural and legal persons who wish to obtain general information about health and spirituality..
By connecting to the TVJC sites, the user iconfirms to have taken vision, to agree totally and to comply with these legal notices and conditions of use..
The information contained on TVJC sites does not constitute directly or indirectly a medical consultation or directly or indirectly an invitation to join any movement.

PROTECTING PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
No personal data is collected on TVJC sites. They are de facto in compliance with the Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended relating to data processing, files and freedoms (in French) and with EU data protection law (GDPR : General Data Protection Regulation).
If you nevertheless think you should exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and portability of data, as provided for in the European regulations in force, please contact the owner of the TVJC sites, by sending an email to jc [at] tv [dot] jc (1). You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
TVJC sites do not use tracking devices, commonly known as cookies.
Any user that notice inexactitudes, wrong information or flagrantly illegal informations, has to inform the owner of TVJC sites in order that he can rearrange them.
Update to these general terms and conditions of use
We may modify this legal notice, for example, to reflect changes of our Services. You should look at the notice regularly. By continuying to use or access the Services after the revisions are in effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law should be the French one. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Annecy(France), unless otherwise stipulated by legislation or international treaties.
These present legal notes are written in French and English but only the French version will be decisive in case of litigation.
